I have a great plan with a multi-business structure, combined with rental apartments, family fun activity arcade similar to boys and girls club, targeting after school care, summer camp, and birthdays. Great location in a booming military town in Kansas. I have land in my family and a idea to use it but little funds. I could use multiple people in my family with a better credit score and thought about incorporating just not sure how to go about getting everything in line financially.
