If you shop online, your gonna LOVE this one!!!!

There is a new revolution that is going to change the face of online shopping FOREVER, I have bought an Online Superstore with KachingKaching, at the level I bought in (the highest level) I have been given the privilege to give away free online stores to anyone I want..When I say free, I mean, you will never be asked to pay for it, not now, not five years from now,, It's yours forever. What can this store do for you? Well, the stores carry close to 2 million brand named items you and others are going to spend money on this year anyway, Brand names you have known for years!!! The prices of these items are lower than any dept.store I can find. There is no junk here. Christmas is coming, many parents are thinking about having to spend hard earned money to make things workout this year. If I give you one these stores, not only will you save money on things you are already buying, but your family, friends, or co workers, perhaps you are in college and you know a lot of people,, you promote your store however you want, to whomever you want and you earn up to 5% commissons ( And you didnt even have to pay for the store) KachingKaching is giving everyone the chance to get involved, no one has ever done this in the history of online shopping. I bought into this,, you don't have to, you can, but you don't have to!! Since I did, I get to give them away and that feels great to me,, I can give someone a store, they can shop/save, promote it however they want, and that "someone" gets back a commission on* every* purchase made through that store!!! No need to give out your credit card number to have on file,, we don't need that, we don't need anything like that,, basic info my friend,, It is yours for free,,, you can keep it as long as you want,, years and years,,I am so excited about this opportunity and have given out numerous free store's already!! I have been helping my free store owners who are interested in socially networking their store for more cash. There are so many "free" ways to advertise on the internet!!! I am a mother of 3, ages 5,10 & 15. I am doing all my shopping online at my own store this year, and I am excited about getting some money back for a change.. Every parent should get one,, See the store for yourself, check out the prices, the brand names,, the deal of the day!!
My contact info is at the bottom of this page, If I don't answer I WILL call you back,, leave your name and phone number. Sometimes i get busy, with 3 kids. But I always return every single call I get.
You may ask,,Do I have to keep stuff at my house and pack and ship and deal with all that paperwork and keep track of people's orders? The answer is NO,, those type of things are dealt with by the companies customer service dept., you just promote your store, shop at it, show your mom, dad, aunts, cousins, friends, co workers that they can save this year on their Christmas shopping,, Most people are going to, at the very least, take a look.. Once they look, they will see. If I can get an ipod cheaper at this store, why would I go buy one at the store? Some might say,, "well, I like to look at the stuff I am buying, see it and touch it" Let me tell you, you have already seen it, touched it, and probably walked away from it at the store,, You know the brand names already, we have come to love and trust these brands over the years,,,
Once you get this free store I am not just going to leave you behind with your store,, I am going to share what I am doing with my store, and what I learn along my path ( I am sure I could learn a thing or two from some of you as well) I send out an email weekly to my free store owners, I call my store owners to see how they are doing, see if they need help and how they are doing. I am with you for the long haul!! I hope to build long lasting relationships along the way.
I hope this comes across the eyes of someone who might need a leg up this year, a little break from the bump and grind of walking into a store to buy presents for their kids knowing they are fixing to pay, not only for the gifts they buy, but for that stores overhead as well,, Not sure about you, but I sure have noticed that every year things get more and more expensive at the store,, Not at your store, if you get one of your own!!
This is my store: www.kachingkachingstore.com/beckner
Your's will look just like this one, only your name will be at the top as the owner & you will earn the commissoin from it,,
When you have time to sit in front of your computer for about 10 minutes, I will lead you to the sign up page with the company, and talk you threw the sign in,, 10 - 15 minutes later, you have a store, you can do what you want with it,,Yours forever!! You may have questions, I don't mind getting you answers,,
If you are not interested in a free store,, check mine out, shop there to save money this Christmas!! Like the headline said "If you shop online, your gonna LOVE this one!!!!" Why shop at my store when you could have your own, and earn something back from it,, even if you only earn 1 tank of gas from your store, you are already ahead of the game!!! Get your piece of this Giant Pie,, Call me anytime! If you think you know someone who might LOVE to take advantage of this opportunity, let them know,, I want to share this with anyone who wants one..
Thanks for reading my story!! May God Bless You!!
We found a new way to advertise

Hi all,

Just wanted to pass the word about inboxadvertising.com to my fellow biz owners. They were recomended to us by our neighbor (a restaurant) to try. We did and we really like the service. What they do is email marketing to specific zip codes. Not sure if this is an original idea, but we had never heard of it before. There pitch is that many, if not most, of your customers are local and therefore you should advertise directly to them via email. You use their email lists (if you don't have one), they design and send your email to thousands of folks in any zip you want and report the results.

btw - this is NOT a shameless plug for www.inboxadvertising.com. Our company is Blue Monday Studio (www.bluemondaystudio.com)...now THAT was a shameless plug!

Anyway, check them out. It worked for us.

I would like to some general knoledge and experience. first of all Find or build a legitimate

website that offers a product or services that people really want or need (do your homework). Then make sure your product or service is competitively priced (do your homework). Then create exposure for your website the internet. There are a number of ways to achieve this - traffic exchanges, pay-per-click, forums like this one, word of mouth, social websites... (Do your homework). You see, home-based businesses are just like any other business - they require lots of work, there are no free rides.
Several hourly employees at my small restaurant want to work as many hours as possible, but I am reluctant to schedule them over 40 hours per week to avoid overtime pay. They have all agreed to work the hours at their regular pay rates, but I'm not sure this is legal. Can I have them sign a form in which they give up any claim of overtime pay?

Starting a medical practice from scratch
I just finished my surgical residency approx. 4wks ago, and have been contemplating on starting my own practice. I have talked with a couple of banks which have not been able to help me. Here is the issue. I found a perfect location with limited amount of medical providers in my specialty, sitting in the middle of a medical complex. I would be very busy. It is also adjacent to the largest hospital in the area. I am in need of approx. 40-50K in order to maintain the lease and purchase equipment for 6 months which is the amount of time I give the practice to pay for itself. I have a part time job working for a nursing home agency which pays me roughly 65K annually which I planned to continue to work throughout the process. My credit scores are not the best. Fico for TU is 651, the other two are probably less. No major derogatories or pitfalls, just minor dings from undergrad and a couple of collections from medical school, and NO CREDIT established.

I was raised in poverty and I have made it thus far, so I know I can accomplished the stressful goal of establishing a practice, I just need a little assistance. Any suggestions? I have asked the hospital which thought it over, but turned me down in the long run. I have talked to microlenders which needed collateral for 100% of the loan. I dont have any type of collateral.

Any Suggestions?

Business Franchising – Why You Should Franchise Your Business

Franchising is not at all a new concept. We witness many franchises in our every day lives as there are plenty of chains all over the country. These franchises have some control over the chain and run them almost independently. In a nutshell, franchise is a business established under an authorization to sell a company's goods and services in a different area.

For example, Company A in New York wants to expand its business Boston, it may open its branch or an outlet there but what if the company doesn't have the time and resources to sell their products in Boston? This is why many companies, willing to expand business opt for franchise so that they don't have to handle the operations which is resource and time intensive.

There are many entrepreneurs who are willing to purchase franchise from companies looking towards to expand their businesses. The franchise has to sign a contract and terms and conditions which lay out how the franchise have to be run, the quality standards maintained, the back end operations profit sharing etc.

Franchising is more beneficial especially when a company wants to expand its business in a different state or country where it has to wait for government approval and other formalities. Even if happens, the company may not have the expertise to market their products in that particular place due to various reasons. Franchising is the best option for any company wanting to expand its business. It will drastically reduce capital outlay, operations, marketing and all headaches.
